Iljin Diamond Vina (IDV) is a multi-million USD capital FDI Company founded in April 2020. We operate a production site (factory) located in Dong Van IV Industrial Zone - Ha Nam province, Vietnam as part of global production networks with the manufacturing processing of detailed cutting parts, parts used for drilling industries...Our Company currently is in expansion progress and we would like to attract the right talents to join our team to build a high-performing team and promote our core values as Sharing, Team-Playing, Action-oriented, Robust, and Speedy (S.T.A.R.S).
The role
HR recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring IDV can attract and recruit the best possible talent (all levels: Operators, engineers, and staff up) for its business goals and strategy.
The job holder is to support the HR function to fulfill the full cycle of the recruitment process: identifying recruitment needs, creating job descriptions, attracting potential candidates, screening, interview/ selection, offer management, and onboarding process.
Responsibilities
• Based on headcount planning and recruitment request to review and verify the recruitment needs, crafting the right job description.
• Acquire approvals on budget and post job vacancies on various job boards and social media channels
• Sorting and screening candidate resumes which are phone screening, or in-person interviews.
• Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process (shortlisting confirmation, formal invitations, meeting arrangement, transportation, interview process introduction, ensuring the recruitment evaluations are well documented) to ensure a smooth process and positive candidate experience.
• Sending out acceptance or rejection emails to candidates.
• Performing candidate background checks and handling any paperwork activities.
• Participating and networking at various recruiting events, job fairs, schools, and universities (to ensure the talent pipeline, and database).
• Using/ maintaining a recruitment master list to manage candidate applications and other recruitment activities and reports if any.
• Maintaining and updating candidate database and black list.
• Act as a focal point to coordinate within HR-GA as well as departments to assist the onboarding processes (employee file & other required pre-employment documents, general affairs services, introductory training, labor contract, and so on).
• Participate, and assist with some HR-GA projects, and programs such as internal staff activities, and corporate cultural campaigns.
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Junior Recruiter, HR Intern, or a similar role in the Human Resources department or Fresh graduation is also encouraged to apply.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Able to perform the job under pressure, tight schedules, familiar or able to work at a production factory which requires daily commuting e.g. Hanoi and Factory.
