Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Sales:

Proactively identify, approach, and develop new importer partnerships within Vietnam for fresh fruit products.
Drive sales growth by cultivating strong relationships and understanding buyer needs.

2. Sourcing & Export:

Strategically source and purchase premium fresh fruits within Vietnam for export to South Korea and other designated international markets, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.

3. Relationship Management:

Build, nurture, and maintain robust, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective importers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Operational Support:

Provide support in document translation for international trade processes as required.
Effectively manage and resolve any import/export related challenges or issues.

5. General & Travel:

Execute additional tasks and projects as directed by the Head of Office.
Undertake occasional business trips to meet partners, evaluate sources, and support operational needs.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
1. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in import/export operations, coupled with hands-on experience in the sales and distribution of imported fresh fruits.

3. Language Proficiency:

Strong professional proficiency in Business English (written and verbal)
OR Fluency in Korean (written and verbal).

4. Skills:

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Highly dynamic, results-oriented, and persistent in achieving goals.

5. Other:

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
