Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile vessel bayplan for assigned service.
Declare inbound and transshipment containers to Port & Customs E-manifest within the required time frame.
Place orders with selected barge vendors; monitor barge movement.
Send arrival notices to the correct parties.
Check and input free time correctly into the internal system.
Reconcile manifested & local charges to ensure all charges are input correctly as per tariff and contract agreement.
Handle client requests on late manifest and bill amendments.
Coordinate with oversea agencies to resolve any rate or charge or free time disputes.
Handle client daily enquiries related to inbound shipments via email and phone.
Handle periodic reports and other assignments from the Line Manager.
