Mô tả công việc
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Import - Export Deputy Manager (Manufacturing).
Oversee logistics operations.
Ensure timely and accurate import and export shipments.
Manage all shipping costs and related logistics activities.
Track delivery times and costs.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding delivery times and accuracy.
Process and implement statement reports (Balance of Import, Export, and Stock).
Assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
Understand customs regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Monitor, coach, and train staff to maintain adherence to laws, regulations, and customer expectations.
Yêu cầu
Gender: Male/Female; Age: 30-40 years old.
Graduated from University with a related major.
Have 5 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing companies, preferably in the plastic industry.
Good command of English.
