CO reconciliation (40%):
• Consultant and coordinator with foreign customers to reconcile for completed documents then handover to broker team to submit for Certificate of origin.
• Send full set of Certificate of origin document to customers and respond/resolve from destination if any matters related.
Customs bonded leader (60%):
• To build up customs bonded flow based on scope of service for new projects.
• To lead a small team who carry bonded customs import/export process flow for existing projects.
• To consult or alert the team of any risk of Customs procedure to avoid penalty on daily basic activities.
• Coordinate with broker to resolve ad-hoc requests related to bonded import/export matters.
• Contact and manage Customs relationships.
• To perform other duties assigned by Managers.
End results:
• Go Live smoothly for new project of new/existing customers.
• Customer satisfaction and retention.
Accountabilities:
• Achieve Customs Product/Flow is in place with Vietnam Customs regulations as Customer Requirement.

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree Holder
Professional Qualification/Certification:
• Customs Certification is a must
• Customer service mind-set
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Professionalism and a positive attitude
• Organizational abilities
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Advanced English communication skills
Experience:
• Expertise in Customs with more than 2 years of experience in Logistics Field
• Experience in Customs of Bonded Warehouse, FTA is a plus.
