Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Import Export Manager (Manufacturing, ID 17398, 1400USD):
Develop domestic and international procurement processes, as well as procedures for receiving, exporting, and importing goods.
Develop and implement work plans for the department, assign tasks, train employees, manage and supervise work, and evaluate employee performance.
Develop strategies, contact new suppliers, and maintain and expand relationships with existing suppliers.
Manage and store import-export records, conduct transactions, negotiate, and sign contracts with customers and suppliers.
Complete import-export procedures and documentation, including purchase contracts, shipping documents, import-export certificates, payment procedures, and cargo receipt procedures.
Coordinate with the accounting department to carry out L/C (Letter of Credit) transactions and bank guarantees.
Receive, check, and verify import-export documents against actual quantities at customs during customs clearance.
Manage and track orders and contracts, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery and receipt of goods.
Search for new customers and expand import-export markets according to the company's strategy.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
