Job Description
Department Leadership &
Operational Optimization:
Direct, allocate, and monitor day-to-day tasks and overall performance of departmental personnel.
Proactively track and update statutory amendments, tax regulations, and customs trade policies to continuously refine internal supply chain processes.
Material Norms &
Costing Management:
Systematically compile, archive, and control imported material consumption norms tailored to each invoice.
Collaborate on manufacturing workflow setup, product cost calculation, and submission dossiers for raw material norms.
Evaluate, analyze, and process pricing data regarding toll processing and full-package manufacturing contracts.
Customs Compliance &
Finalization Reporting:
Take full charge of preparing and submitting annual customs finalization reports for materials and accessories in full compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Oversee registration and extensions of sub-contracting/processing agreements with Customs offices; handle official declarations for scrap, waste, and excess material disposal.
Build and maintain constructive working relations with local Customs authorities to facilitate seamless clearings.
Inventory Audit &
Reconciliation:
Lead quarterly physical inventory audits for materials and finished goods in coordination with cross-functional units.
Reconcile variances between actual stock counts, accounting books, and customs declaration data to resolve discrepancies promptly.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Import-Export, International Trade, Foreign Economics, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent disciplines.
At least 02 years of managerial or supervisory experience in import-export functions within FDI manufacturing environments (strong background in export manufacturing and toll processing is required).
Good at English
Expert knowledge of Customs settlement reports, material norm calculations, unit costing, and quarterly audit practices.
Proficient in Electronic Customs declaration software, enterprise management systems (ERP), and advanced MS Office applications.
