Mô tả công việc
- Control all the import - export operations and manage distribution of all goods/materials to/from various geographical locations efficiently.
- Monitor the implementation of import - export activities and ensure the compliance to the regulations standards for import and export. Establish the targets and streamline processes to incorporate with the government regulations.
- Ensure compliance to all trade regulations and changes, sharing import - export related knowledge to colleagues involved.
- Perform all internal and external audits required to ensure the efficient work of all external agents such as freight forwarders and customer brokers.
Yêu cầu
- University degree in Customer Service, Business Administration and/or Supply Chain
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial level focusing on logistics & transportation management, import/export in manufacture industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Interpersonal integrity
- Good communication skills, and good command of English
- Excellent command of strong but flexible working style when working directly with external parties
