Mô tả công việc
POSITION TITLE: IMPORT-EXPORT OFFICER
PLANT: Dewberry Vietnam, Song Than
REPORTS TO: IMPORT-EXPORT MANAGER
LOCATION: SONG THAN/ AN THANH
POSITION OBJECTIVE
1 Ensure export plan for company with minimum expenses
2 Ensure exactly in export document and meets export regulations
3 Ensure export activity must be strictly followed up the export procedure
4 Closely monitor export shipment from on board to delivery to customer
POSITION DUTIES
• Follow up & work with related other department for getting loading list
• Plan for export and do export process in time and reasonable
• Update the relevant information to export activity that influence to export process and contribute opinion to relative dept
• Handle and follow up export documentation also feedback from customer
• Working closely with supplier or subcontractor to get the Fumigation & bill of lading & booking and related information of export activities
• Preparing shipping documents
• Sending shipping documents to consignee
• Making Certificate of Original for France's Market
• Making Customs Report
• Working to shipping line/ forwarding company for getting booking
• Doing declaration

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 years in logistic, forwarding company
• Knowledge about wood manufacture
• Have a good relationship with Customs
• Have experience with customs report
