BROAD SCOPE
Carry out tasks related to Air Direct operations assigned by the Leader. This position requires a person with a good background in operation Air Freight Logistics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse volume and arrange booking plan for all destinations based on production plan/SOP (Stand Operating Procedure) to match up KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
- Combining and fix cargoes based on KPI,rules and customer's request
- Update actual dimension and weight for each shipment
- Labelling on the pallet of air export shipments.
- Create MAWB (Master Air Way Bill), HAWB (House Air Way Bill) on Cello system and airline' system
- Issue shipping document, (MAWB, HAWB, Invoice, Packing List, SLI (
Shipper Letter Instruction), Custom Clearance....).
- Sending pre-alert and update information to customer on time
- Input ATD (Actual Time of Departure), ATA (Actual Time of Arrival) from HAN (Hanoi Airport) to final destination in Tracking Entry, Cello system every day on time
- Send BL (Bill of lading) for all shipments every day with correct ATD and flight
- Make daily, weekly, monthly report & other tasks by management request
- Prepare draft manifest & check cargo physically at WH
- Print label and labelling on pallets.
- Print shipping Docs., ( MAWB, HAWB, Inv, PL, SLI....).
- Update gross weight to broker for opening customs declaration
- Cowork with ALSB/ASG/Aiport for loading & trucking.
