Mô tả công việc
- Manage end-to-end import-export operations and ensure full compliance with customs regulations.
- Prepare, review, and verify all shipping and customs documents (Invoice, Packing List, C/O, customs declarations, etc.).
- Plan, arrange, and track international shipments by sea, air, and land to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate closely with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance and logistics flow.
- Manage C/O, optimize FTA benefits, and maintain updated HS codes and regulatory compliance.
- Control logistics costs, freight charges, cargo insurance, and related payments.
- Support customs audits and promptly resolve any import-export or logistics issues.
- Analyze logistics performance and propose improvements to optimize cost efficiency and tax benefits.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- Good English, especially reading and writing.
- Good Excel and computer skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
