Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
1. Handling of all customs procedures
2. Efficient contact to suppliers/courier abroad and domestic related documentation and shipment
3. Ensure that the delivery time of material/finish goods/tools/ machinery/ are successful regard to requirements of production/ customer requirement
4. Efficient controlling, checking and saving of all related documentation on Import/Export issues
5. Arrange clearance customs shipments according to schedule
6. Efficient to check the customs declaration form, shipping docs and advice to customs broker in clearance customs by shipment
7. Review & prepare the full shipping docs for clearance customs
8. Contact with relevant departments to get the information of shipment in clearance customs
9. Co-operate with customs broker to control the status shipment
10. Update customs rules
11. Other tasks will be assigned by direct superior
Yêu cầu
1. Minimum 3 years working experience in logistics with EPE company
2. Experience with C/O
3. Independent working
4. Good communication skills
5. Good command of written and spoken English
6. A sense of urgency is required.
6. Ability to pay close attention to detail.
