- Ensure that In-Villa Dining office are full fill of stationery for each shift
- Having a professional suggestive selling skill
- Communicating with kitchen team regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability and daily updated out of stock items on menu
- Approximate delivery time is given to the guest according to this time evaluation system established by the In-Villa Dining Manager and In-Villa Dining Chef De Cuisine
- If the order has not been sent up by this time, a call must be placed to the guest to apologize and re-evaluate the delivery time
- Ensure correct posting in POS system for communication to Service and Kitchen team
- You should have a deep knowledge of all food and beverage items and their specifications, menu pricing, recipes as well as cooking method
- Assisting In-Villa Dining outlet to drive guest satisfaction by delivering harmonious flow and uplifting experiences
- Reporting guest's complaints immediately to supervisors and ensuring follow up is performed with the guest
- Promptly handle guest queries, complaints and all issues in a professional manner
- Ensure all colleague are acknowledgeable about Regent Organization Chart as well as Key Member of BIM Group
- Having professional service recovery skills according to Regent standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of working areas, chinaware, glassware throughout the day
- Reporting directly to supervisor about cleanliness and defect issue
- Should be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to guests upon requests
- Proper handover is given to the next shift and also to the In-Villa Dining

Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality Skills or related field.
1-year minimum in five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Working with multi-cultural teams.
Able to communicate in English.
