Manage warehouse operation from material receiving to supply material to line
A. Manage receiving material from supplier:
1. To ensure the quantity GR in SAP is same with actual receiving
2. Report and make claim to supplier if have issue (damaged, shortage, wrong material, others)
3. Manage packing standard for all materials
4. Manage supplier packaging status and report monthly
B. Manage store materials
1. To control storage condition standard for all material
2. To ensure storage correct condition and safety
3. Classify and identify material status (NG. OK, under inspection...)
4. Control WMS system
5. Manage expiration date (QI date, shelf-life date...)
C. Manage supply to line
1. Co-operation with SQT and Line to ensure supply in time
2. Manage FIFO
3. Manage GI in SAP to ensure correct quantity
D. Stocktaking report
1. Regular implement stocktaking to ensure stock data in SAP and actual is accuracy
2. Make stocktaking report and improvement
E. 5S and Safety
1. Make 5S and safety regulation
2. Daily patrol and report to make sure OP follow the regulation and work with safety
F. Patrol and improvement
1. Daily, weekly patrol (process, safety...)
2. Report and take action to improve
G. Manage system
1. Manage SAP system
2. Report issue and request to improve
H. Manage manpower
1. Manage all staff and OP, yearly evaluate
2. Arrange and assign jobs for DF up
3. Supervise jobs and guide for DF up
I. Report and others
1. Report to TM daily/weekly/monthly
2. Make monthly/yearly action plan
3. Other jobs will assign by TM
