The Gallerie is PVA's new and independent distribution channel, to be launched in 2nd Quarter 2019. The channel's mission is to tap into the potentials of Urban customer segments by leveraging a new generation of young, dynamic and highly professional financial advisors, called Pru-Planners. Pru-Planners go through rigorous selection process, comprehensive learning & development program (Entrepreneurship Development Program). Pru-Planners will be developed to become Sales Director or Urban Director.
In order for the new model to run effectively, specialized compensation and incentives scheme plays a vital part and is in charge by Compensation and Incentives Team.
The role of Compensation and Incentives Officer is responsible for production and calculation of long-term and short-term compensation incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Incentive:
- Perform administration of existing compensation programs, including calculation of long-term and short-term programs and delivery of those programs.
- Make recommendations regarding compensation grades for specific positions and assist in the development of incentive programs and the administration of performance review or merit-rating programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation, incentive & recognition program.
- Produce quarterly reports and other reports required by management team.
2. Communication:
- Prepare memos to communicate the compensation, incentives and recognition programs to relevant stakeholders (Training teams, Business Development Mangers, Pru-Planners, etc).
- Help to explain compensation, incentives and recognition programs to relevant stakeholders (Training teams, Business Development Mangers, Pru-Planners, etc) and other.
- Collaborate with other internal teams (Activation, Finance, Distribution Compensation, etc) to efficiently execute the proposed compensation, incentive and recognition programs.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by managers.
Yêu cầu
1 Educational background and professional experience
- University Degree, preferably in Finance/Economics and other related discipline
- At least 1 year in Compensation roles
- Relevant experience in Insurance, Banking and Finance
2 Competencies
- Developed analytical skills with ability to effectively with data and numbers
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Ability to employ complex analytical tools work and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information
- High standards of quality and accuracy
