Income Supervisor

• To be responsible for all daily booked income of the hotel
• To review that all rebates and allowances to ensure they are properly authorized, and to report any deviations from hotel policies and procedures
• To discharge the duties in an effective and efficient manner
• To liaise with Accountant to make sure that no prelacy in P&L
3- Technical responsibilities
• To review that sales from Rooms department, reviewed firstly by the Income Auditor, are correct
• To review that sales from Food & Beverage departments, reviewed by the Income Auditor, are correct
• To review that sales from Other Operating departments, reviewed by the Income Auditor, are correct
• To review that voucher totals correspond with the Night Audit report/ Balance and the Food & Beverage revenue report
• To review that guest ledger balance and total of all account detail balances for each room correspond to the system-generated guest ledger and General Ledger balance
• To ensure that all sales voucher forms are used in sequence, with any lost and voided vouchers reported according to the procedure, and to file them by outlet and in date order
• To ensure the timely preparation and submit for VAT output report, VAT using report to Department of Tax in Ho Chi Minh City
• To review all daily Cashier's reports, daily General Cashier's reports, and any rebate from Account Receivable
4- Human responsibilities
• Supervise an Income Auditor
5- Relations
• Directly reports to the General Accountant/Finance Manager
• Closely works with the General Cashier, Account Receivable and the Income Auditor
