Mô tả công việc
1.Support inspectors in inspections of purchased parts, according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/ or electrical measurements, chemical testing as per Inspection Plans. Rework or reject material as required.
Inspect materials in case needed.
2.Ensure proper operation and calibration of measurement equipment
3.Responsible for the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.
4.Make and monitor complaints until get full proper actions according to procedure
5.Work close together with colleagues about material deviation, provide feedback to suppliers regarding part quality and compensation
6.Train inspectors on IGI related activities and knowledge, e.g. AQL, measurement techniques, etc
7.Support part validation activities with visual checking and measurements
8. Evaluation and approval of new parts deliverables
9.Continuous Improvement within responsible area:
- Challenge suppliers on their capabilities
- Continuous drive to reduce number of deviations from specifications
Yêu cầu
1. Education: B.Sc or M.Sc, major in technical/engineering
2. Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis of processes
- Able to control over quality in a production process
- Understanding of Structure and operation rules, preferable
- Can use Microsoft Office
3. Experience: 1 years on a similar position
