Job scope
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate's main primarily responsibility is an indoor position to ensure all enquiries, customer's purchase order and deliveries are in smooth progress. You will provide operational support and work closely with the
Business Development Engineers in liaising with their customers for quotation, processing of sales order and ensure the deliveries are fulfill according to customer requirement.
Responsibilities
1. Product selection, preparing and submission of quotation
2. Processing & overseeing of customer orders and execution
3. Ensuring sales price, term of sales, term of delivery are correct in customer order / sales contract
4. Monitoring outstanding customer orders / deliveries / payment issues
5. Co-ordinate & manage administration & documentation, for smooth flow of sales operation
6. Handle designated Regional Authorized Distributor or customer account
7. Liaise with various departments (Material Management, Production, Shipping, Accounts and
Application Engineer related to sales orders when required
8. Track customer orders with factory and communicate closely with customer
9. Monitoring of payment and credit facilities from customer.
10. Compile & summarize sales records & monthly reporting documents.
11. Circulation & electronic filing of quotation, contract confirmation & other related sales documents in the archive system
12. Co-ordinate & follow-up the submission of product and technical drawings for sales order when required
13. Other ad hoc duties provided by Manager / Supervisor
14. Handle mailing or courier of related sales documents and perform other administrative duties when required
Yêu cầu
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is required; however candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration are also welcome to apply
2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in sales support position
3. Prior experience in a
technical sales or support role is an advantage. Technical competency to engage customers for application and specification review
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to converse in English
5. Ability to work independently, positive attitude, committed, highly motivated, performing multi-task and strong team player
6. Knowledge of MS Office
7. Knowledge of SAP/CRM is an advantageous
8. Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience
9. This position is preferred for lady however gentlemen are also warmest welcome.
