Industrial Engineer (IE)

• Engineering standard and process creation, improvement and revision.
• Work with Ashley Quality team in the Ashley vendors together, audit the whitewood process, finishing process, warehouse audit, step color panel system, jig & fixture verification, do out of box quality inspection and the etc.
• Lead and follow up the Process/Quality related projects (Drawer jigs, finish test, etc.)
• Train internal quality team and vendor teams on product standards, requirements, process and Process/Quality projects, including creating and following up on training tracking records.
• Create and update engineering documentations (AIS, RPDF, CTN, PACKING BOM, ECO, SKU specifications, etc.)
• Perform Drop Test, Field Test and follow up test result.
• Work in the new product launch and provide support, follow up the whole PPR process in the assigned QA team's vendor.
• System and database maintenance (CLS completion, QIS project created and update, Workflow documents upload, PPR CARs closure, etc.)
• System improvements and training, such as Power BI, Dominator, QIS, and the etc.
• Responsible for the compliance and regulatory and coordinate on the testing samples preparation and follow-up, labels review and confirmation.
• Other tasks assigned by direct Team leader / Manager.
