Review and verify Production CT (Cycle Time) and UPH data for manufacturing processes at CEM factories.
Support quotation reviews for manufacturing-related factors, including capacity, efficiency, line staffing, headcount, etc.
Support manufacturing process flow optimization, line balance improvement, capacity monitoring, etc.
Work with CEM partners and cross-functional teams in China, Israel, and the US to manage the mechanical assembly process.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of work experience as an IE/ME (Manufacturing Engineering) Engineer at a CEM factory.
Proficient in IE approaches, cycle time measurement and analysis, line balance analysis, and production line staffing analysis.
Familiarity with PCBA board manufacturing processes and flow, including SMT, PTH, wave soldering, press-fit, corner-bonding, mechanical assembly, testing, and packing.
Knowledge of mechanical tolerance analysis.
Knowledge of quality control standards and tools.
Good teamwork and communication skills; self-driven and motivated, patient, and meticulous.
Basic Mandarin capability is preferred.
CV in English is required.
