Production Process efficiency
Manage the team to create, review and sign off Production process for all products before production, review feedback from production and improve.
Work Instruction
Mange team to Making critical work instruction, review and signing off and training to others.
Cycle time standard accurate
Manage the team to measure the circle time and create standard circle for each product, or group of products.
Improvement process efficiency, capex review
Leader or member of improvement process yield wood veneer mdf or glue, [protected info]
JIG and Mold control
Work with production, Engineering and planning to make sure JIG and Mold make on time for production.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge in Microsoft office, Auto cad, inventor.
Fluent in English.
Furniture overall process management (Workflow, balancing production, workstation,...).
Furniture process technical know-how (White wood, Finishing, Packing,...).
Analysis and control product tech pack, Problem solving at the floor.
Lean manufacturing concept.
