Update SQV/GPC - Standard Quotation Value/ Group Production Cost
Analysing, calculation production cost for new product
Update the Plant capacity overview following the actual situation
Quantity budget planning for production
Collect and update the production master data
Initiate and update the production master data in ERP/SAP system
Analysing of production process and solving the problem from root cause
Testing, evaluating & start-up new product or manufacturing process
Contribute to improving project for the best production cost achievement
Cycle time reduction
In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his superior.
Yêu cầu
Background in Engineering majors (Mechanical Engineering is the most preferred)
Experience: >=2 years related experience + having project management skills
Verbalize ability.
Good at English skills
Can read & understand technical document and communication with expert to transfer knowledge by English.
Experiences in general technical drawings reading.
Good knowledge at manufacturing technology, machine & material.(Preferred)
Tolerance knowledge in precision machining (Preferred)
