Overall Industrial Park Operations Management
- Organize, manage, and oversee all activities of the Industrial Park Management Board, ensuring stable and efficient operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, develop short-, medium-, and long-term development strategies aligned with the investor's direction and market demands.
Planning, Investment, and Project Development Management
- Lead the implementation of industrial park planning and infrastructure development in accordance with approved plans and schedules.
- Supervise construction and investment activities to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and project effectiveness; propose solutions to optimize land use and attract industries aligned with the industrial park's development orientation.
Investment Promotion and Business Development
- Develop and implement investment promotion programs to attract domestic and foreign enterprises to the industrial park.
- Directly engage and negotiate with investors and strategic clients; support businesses throughout the project evaluation, implementation, and operational stages.
Legal Procedures and Government Relations Management
- Oversee legal procedures related to investment, construction, environmental compliance, land use, and fire prevention and fighting.
- Ensure that the industrial park and all tenant companies comply with applicable laws and regulations; maintain and strengthen effective relationships with local and central government authorities.
Industrial Park Infrastructure Operations Management
- Monitor and ensure the stable operation of technical infrastructure systems, including electricity, water supply, wastewater treatment, internal transportation, logistics, and security systems.
- Optimize operational costs and improve the quality of infrastructure services provided to enterprises within the industrial park.
Financial and Operational Performance Management
- Prepare budget plans, control costs, and optimize resources to improve the industrial park's financial performance.
- Monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness and propose solutions to improve revenue and profitability.
Human Resources and Organizational Development
- Develop the organizational structure and oversee recruitment, training, and employee development activities.
- Establish performance management systems (KPIs) and foster a professional and efficient working environment.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Identify, assess, and control operational risks related to legal compliance, environmental matters, and occupational safety.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize operational risks.
Reporting and Strategic Advisory
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for the Board of Management regarding the industrial park's operational performance.
- Recommend strategic initiatives and solutions to enhance competitiveness and support the sustainable development of the industrial park.
