Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Prospect and qualify new leads, identifying potential sales opportunities within the target market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the value proposition of our products and solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
- Provide technical expertise and consultative support to customers, solving their problems and recommending suitable solutions.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Gather and analyze market data and competitor intelligence to stay ahead of the curve.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment, processes, and applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and gain their trust.
- Proven ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Passion for the manufacturing industry and a strong desire to succeed.
