Responsibilities
Lead a sales team to build strategy and drive growth for the gaming vertical in Vietnam. Partner and consult with customers in Vietnam, with the goal of co-developing effective digital strategies, increasing product knowledge and adoption, optimizing customer advertising and growing the business.
Structure joint business plans for key customer accounts and help transform growth curves through understanding of their business objectives, key performance indicators, and challenges.
Analyze data trends and customer performance to generate industry insights, collaborate cross-functionally to identify next big bets, and prepare and conduct transformational pitches and presentations.
Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to participate in industry events and conferences.
Develop and maintain C-level relationships, serve as a point of contact to customers and advise on digital trends.
Yêu cầu
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of industry experience in media, advertising, consultative sales, marketing, or
business development.
Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in managing and developing sales teams to deliver results.
Experience in strategically growing and maintaining complex, high-value managed accounts through a consultative approach.
Ability to use creative approaches to develop solutions through data.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, influencing, and presentation skills.
