3 Phases to Grow with Us:
Phase 1: Influencer Management Trainee (3 months)
Phase 2: Associate Influencer Management Executive (3 - 8 months)
Phase 3: Influencer Management Executive The TIA (Training Investment Agreement) is signed at the trainee level but becomes effective for 12 months starting from the official contract commencement date.

Phase 1: Application & Entrance Test
Phase 2: 1st Interview with Functional Manager
Phase 3: 2nd Interview with Head of Department
Phase 4: Offer The test will be sent to applicants within approximately 24 hours after submitting the application. Please make sure to check your email regularly.
Candidates will have 3 days from the time of receiving the test to complete it.
The test duration is 45 minutes.
JOB DETAILS:
Influencer Research & Database Management
Research and identify potential KOLs/influencers across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) aligned with client briefs and campaign objectives.
Build and maintain an up-to-date influencer database with key metrics: follower count, engagement rate, audience demographics, content style, and past collaboration history.
Monitor trending influencers, emerging creators, and platform algorithm changes to keep the team informed of new opportunities.
Campaign Support & Coordination
Assist in day-to-day coordination with influencers: scheduling, briefing, content timeline, tracking, and deliverable follow-ups.
Support the preparation of campaign proposals, influencer shortlists, and quotation, summaries for client review.
Help coordinate content review cycles - ensuring influencer deliverables meet brand guidelines and campaign requirements before publication.
Reporting & Data Collection
Collect post-campaign performance data (views, engagement, reach, conversions) and compile into standardized report templates.
Assist in preparing campaign wrap-up reports with key learnings and performance highlights.
Track influencer payment schedules and support the team in processing invoices and contracts.
Learning & Development
Actively participate in internal training programs on influencer marketing, negotiation, and campaign management.
Stay updated on industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor influencer strategies.
Proactively seek feedback and continuously improve work quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Qualification
Must have
3rd/4th-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration/... or any related fields and able to work full-time
Good at analytical skills, problem-solving skills & critical thinking
Have good business acumen, particularly marketing knowledge
Strong relationship building and engagement skills
Fast self-learning, growth mindset
Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimistic and positive energy to the team
Good communication, planning and visualization skills
English at intermediate level
Good to have:
Experience in account management/project management/professional customer service role
Have been involved in project of different categories
Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial, both in Vietnamese and English
