Job summary: The
IT Administrator cum Helpdesk will be responsible for the daily technical support, system maintenance, and infrastructure stability of the Intech Building. This role ensures that all IT services (Network, Server, End-user devices) operate smoothly across all shifts to support 24/7 production and office activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure & System Administration
• Monitor and maintain the local network infrastructure (Switches, Wireless APs, Cabling) at the Intech Building.
• Assist in the deployment and daily management of Domain Controllers (AD), DNS, and DHCP services.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Wireless and other systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
• Install and do basic configuration for server
• Perform regular system backups and health checks for server hardware.
2. Technical Helpdesk & User Support:
• Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues (Hardware, Software, Connectivity).
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Laptops, Desktops, Printers, and specialized production equipment.
• Manage and set up IT equipment for new workstations and meeting rooms within the Intech facility.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and spare parts.
Yêu cầu
1. Educational background: Bachelor degree in Information Technology
2. Experiences:
• At least 2 years of experience in
IT Support or System Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Have strong senses & skills working as IT/ End-user support.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory).
• Basic understanding of Networking (VLANs, Switching, WiFi).
• Familiarity with Firewall/Proxy concepts is a plus.
3. Skill:
• Ability to work independently under high pressure and rotating shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Basic English communication (for reading technical documents and reporting).

- Work Schedule: 6 days/week | Shift-based (Rotating shifts)
