DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITY
1. Operation:
- Management implementing, repairing, operating and monitoring the central infrastructure systems of the system (server, data storage device, infrastructure security device, software platform, backup system, etc..)
- Responsible for managing the entire IT infrastructure of the company including Data Center (Disaster Recovery included), network infrastructure, storage system, server systems (virtual) and operating systems, database systems.
- Working with Head of Department to build infrastructure solutions and technology systems for the development and expansion of business.
- Build, develop and monitor the implementation of IT infrastructure orientation and system operation procedures.
- Ensuring performance and continuity for the entire system, responsible for handling IT problems / incidents and recovering in the shortest time.
- Implementing staff management includes: training, guidance to improve knowledge for employees, assign and evaluate the level of work completion.
- Making sure that all relevant data is properly collected and stored performance metrics, service levels, server status and both planned and unplanned system outages
- To research and recommend changes to the IT infrastructure architecture, ensuring that all new and enhanced facilities are effectively project managed and thoroughly tested, before being implemented in the production environment
2. Deployment:
- Proposing plans / solutions to improve / optimize technology infrastructure to improve efficiency or save costs for the company.
- Proposing technology options / solutions to meet the company's short and long-term goals.
- Update products, new technical knowledge, (research and development organization - can inherit the parent company) and put into application or offering to target customers.
- Supervising and promoting the implementation of technology solutions for the Company / customers.
- Coordinate / support sales / marketing division in matters related to solutions / techniques / ... offering products to introduce / offer to customers.
- Support consulting to other departments on technical solutions and Technology.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by BOD
Yêu cầu
1. Age: over 40 years old
2. Experience: more than 5 years of experience in equivalent positions
3. Language: English in Advanced
4. Acknowledgments:
- Good experience in IT majors or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of IT system organization
- Understand the operational principles of TCP / IP stack, LAN / WAN infrastructure design models, transmission technologies (Layer2 / Layer3, MPLS, VPN, ...), firewall and security systems
- Extensive experience and ability to work on a variety of operating system platforms: Windows, Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
- Extensive knowledge and experience working on different database management systems (RDBMS): MSSQL, Oracle
- Experience in working with large web server and Middleware applications such as Apache, Webphere, JBoss Enterprise Application
- Knowledge and experience working with virtualization technologies (VMWare, HyperV,...)
- Having knowledge about security in designing, building and operating IT system.
