The Job
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation scripts for automating process, including using AI for Infrastructure stack; and infrastructure management tasks such and provisioning, troubleshooting, resolution, configuration change, compliance check in On-Premise, Private and Public Cloud Environments.
- Process automation. Help the team automate Ops repetitive tasks. Integrate automation with Teams and ServiceNow.
- Maintain, support, and optimize cloud and IT infrastructure systems and services.
- Support Microsoft 365 stack whenever is needed.
- Design and build DevSecOps pipeline for a fully integrate and automated CI/CD for Applications and infra.
Your Skills and Experience
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Degree in IT or Computer Science or related discipline.
- Possess 3-5 years working as related position.
- Working experience on IT Security (e.g. OS/System hardening, vulnerability remediation)
- Hands-on development experience on Azure Automation; Azure DevOps, Grafana, Powershell, SNOW, Terraform, Python, azure function, Microservice and Containers/AKS.
- Experience with Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, web Single Sign-on (SSO).
- Deep and thorough knowledge of Azure and DevSecOps platforms.
- Familiar with Cloud and IT infrastructure operations, including automation, scripting, tuning and optimization - infrastructure-as-code (IAC) scripting on automation platforms (eg. Puppet, Terraform, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction/effectiveness, proactive, analytical and decision-making skills
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate and above.
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate and above.
Nice to have
- Experience in Team management would be an added advantage
- Experienced in Project Management deploying mid-size to enterprise cloud infrastructure projects
- Experience with Microsoft 365 stack.
