Infrastructure Lead (Cloud)

Working Location: 5BT2, Me Tri Ha Urban Area, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi
Working Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:30 PM | Monday - Friday
JOB PURPOSE
• Lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of the company's Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), working alongside the Infrastructure Lead (On-prem) within the company's hybrid cloud model.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, security, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud systems supporting production workloads.
• Establish effective observability, incident response, and disaster recovery mechanisms to minimize service downtime.
• Lead the Cloud Infra team (4 engineers) and coordinate with the On-prem Infra Lead, Backend, QA, and Security teams to ensure consistent, reliable infrastructure operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Cloud Infrastructure Architecture and Operations
• Design, deploy, and operate highly available, self-healing cloud-native infrastructure on AWS (EKS, EC2, ECS/Fargate, S3, RDS, VPC, ALB/NLB...)
• Define and enforce SLIs/SLOs/SLAs; lead capacity planning and performance benchmarking to prevent bottlenecks.
B. CI/CD, Containers and Observability
• Build and standardize CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI/ArgoCD) and IaC (Terraform, Helm) to ensure safe, fast releases.
• Lead Kubernetes (EKS) operations at scale; build observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki) and lead incident response/RCA.
C. Security and Cost Efficiency
• Enforce least-privilege IAM, secret management, and security monitoring across production systems.
• Apply FinOps practices (rightsizing, autoscaling, Savings Plans) to balance reliability and cost.
D. Team Leadership and Collaboration
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4 Cloud/DevOps/SRE engineers; own the cloud technical roadmap.
• Partner with the Infrastructure Lead (On-prem), Backend, QA, and Security teams to standardize release processes and keep the hybrid architecture consistent.
• Report infrastructure status, incidents, and cloud spend to the CTO regularly.
