Middle Java (Basic English) (Have Banking experience)
SyncSoft is seeking experienced Java Developers (Middle/Senior) to join our in-house engineering team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems, contributing to system design, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions for our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance backend systems using Java technologies.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (
Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps) to deliver project requirements.
Participate in system design, technical discussions, and performance optimization.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve system stability.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.
Competitive compensation with total income up to 15 months' salary per year.
Full participation in social insurance (BHXH) in accordance with Vietnamese labor law.
Salary review twice per year based on performance.
