Mô tả công việc
o Lead the Test, Test Instruction, the preparation and the delivery of Work Instruction
o Lead in ERP (Engineering Pilot Run) and be responsible for delivering and reporting on ERP
o Drive Continuous Improvement to quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality, and service.
o Manage and maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiency, yields, costs and changeovers.
o Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards
o Develop and implement systems that optimize all production line and all phases of production process.
o Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process.
o Evaluate and improve on processes, evaluate suggestion of improvement/change in manufacturing systems.
o Supervise, coordinate and optimize the processing and engineering functions related to production.
o Set up and maintain tooling/machine for injection molding production.
Yêu cầu
o University Degree
o At least 5 years in electronic manufacturing
o Electronic Manufacturing, mold and injection molding process
o Aware of Lean & Six Sigma
o Good in English
