Our client is a 100% FDI company in the Forwarding industry is looking for an Innovation Manager working in Hanoi
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for Logistics Innovation of SEA subsidiaries in the field of freight forwarding & contract logistics including the area below;
- Responsible for gathering and understanding internal/external customer requirements
- Responsible for analyzing & identifying internal/external customer operational issues (Root Cause, Impact, Opportunity, etc.)
- Responsible for innovation task development & detailed solution design for process efficiency, system requirements enhancement, etc. Communicate with HQ & SEA
Subsidiaries
- Responsible for preparing and presenting solution, expected results of innovation tasks and initiatives to internal/external customers
- Responsible for planning and implementing solutions designed for the operations of subsidiaries

• Responsible for warehouse design
- Set storage & processing capacity goals for new warehouse based on analytics of operational transaction data considering internal/external customer requirements
- Calculate the space required for all types of areas such as warehouses, staging, offices, battery chargers, etc.
- Design layout considering efficient and fluent workflow using AutoCAD Program
- Calculate required handling resources such as manpower, forklifts (or side clamps), etc.
- Design warehouse process and necessary system functionality
- Schedule execution until stable operation
- Presentation on warehouse design to internal/external customers
• Responsible for capacity planning
- Reviewing internal/external customers' business plans
- Analyze current workflow and capacity of critical resources such as human resources, WH infrastructure, trucks,
processing, equipment, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in warehouse design or capacity planning
• Minimum 6 years experience in contract logistics such as warehousing & local transportation
(required in Logistic Strategy & Process consulting experience)
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or SCM or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Able to communicate instructions clearly and concisely in a professional manner
• Good decision making and problem solving skills
• Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimal supervision
• Proficient in using computer applications, especially Excel and Power Point
• Good at English
