Mission
Responsible of the correct planning, production, quality and dispatch of the insole line, reporting to Plant Manager and the Footware Line Manager
AREAS AND FUNCTIONS
Planification
- Planify the production of existing orders
- Planify hours of work for the productions
- material request
- Supervise warehouse workers for the proper management of raw material Make the production orders
- Distribute the planned tasks
- Define and implement the factory layout
Production supervision
- Check that the tasks are executed according with the standards
- Assure the right rhythm of work
- Ensure the pace of work to meet production deadlines Ensure the minimum possible incidence in waste
- Train new staff in the work methodology
- Ensure that the consumption is within the estimated parameters Achieve the OEM indicators
Reports and documentation
- Make the quality visual inspection forms
- Supervise the product technical sheets Make production orders
- Make the production control sheets
- Document training of new projects to leaders for later training
- Make reports to Product Manager of incidents in writing, numbering them, documenting them and taking photographs of them
- Send to the Commercial Management the dates of service of the orders and communicate in advance sufficient delays
Team Management
- Planify the production needs of personnel
- Planify trainings for workers
- Host and initial training of new staff Evaluate his team and report to HR
Quality and logistic
- Inspect the production according to quality normative
- Perform visual inspection for all work processes
- Coordinate with laboratory to improve the final quality of the product Propose improvements in production that raise product quality.
WORKING PLACE: Phuc Long Industrial Park, Long Hiep Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province, Vietnam
WORKING TIME: From Monday to Saturday from 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

- Degree required: Industrial engineer or highly experienced as shoe factory manager
- Specific knowledge: Footwear, Shoes production system, Lean Manufacturing
- Previous experience: More 5 years in similar position
- Computing: SAP, Excel
- Language: English - Level: High
