Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
• Identify susceptible locations on static equipment and piping that need to be inspected and mark-up on the related drawings.
• Identify suitable inspection method for each susceptible location.
• Use PCMS- RBI software to make inspection plan.
• Develop the inspection plan for unplanned & planned shutdown to comply with Vietnam regulations and ensure the asset integrity in the refinery.
• Support Senior Inspection Engineers to generate inspection work list for the refinery's shutdown. Carry out inspections as scheduled.
• Prepare inspection resources and conduct inspection at site.
• Prepare and issue work request, work order in CMMS-Maximo, prepare necessary conditions for Contractor(s) to execute the inspection.
• Review the design drawings, analyze material selection, piping integrity, assembly,.. and recommend solutions to minimize leak or mitigate corrosion.
• Checks calculation of retiring thickness to predict remaining life, check calculations to determine permissible working pressure and temperature, and update the inspection plan.
• Participate in root cause analysis to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
• Analyze inspection findings/abnormal conditions and recommended remedial measures to prevent incidents from occurring.
• Do site survey to ensure the inspection plan is followed up. Report the progress to Inspection Leader.
• Maintain inspection records to ensure information is secured and stored accurately.
• Prepare inspection reports in PCMS- RBI software.
• Review and update inspection reports to provide comprehensive information for Inspection Leader.
• Other Tasks assigned by Inspection Leader & Manager.
Yêu cầu
* Education: University graduated
* Qualifications:
• Degree in Mechanical, Petrol chemical, Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.
• API 510 Certificate
* English: Minimum TOEIC level 500 or equivalent.
* Work Experience:
• Min 5 years of working experience in pressure equipment inspection.
• Minimum 1 Turnaround and or breakdown.
* Job Knowledge:
• Knowledge of ASME II, IV, VIII & IX and ASME B31.1 / 31.3 codes and API codes API 571, API 580, API 576 and API 653, painting inspection, welding inspection, NDE.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese inspection regulation.
• Knowledge of risk evaluation philosophy and its application.

* Abilities:
• Ability to analyze inspection data.
• Ability to use PCMS-RBI software, CMMS-Maximo software.
• Ability to make detailed inspection plan, monitor its progress.
• Ability to do Assessment for integrity issue
