We are looking for an experienced Installation & Maintenance Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting specialized equipment to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and test equipment according to technical specifications and project requirements.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hardware, and network-related issues independently.
Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Assemble equipment and perform electrical wiring, LAN network connections, and system integration.
Conduct system inspections, diagnostics, and performance testing after installation.
Provide on-site technical support and training to customers when required.
Work closely with overseas technical experts during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Travel domestically and internationally for installation, maintenance, and technical support assignments when required.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in
Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
2-5 years of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or technical service.
Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
Hands-on experience using installation tools such as drills, cutting machines, and assembly equipment.
Knowledge of electrical wiring and LAN network installation.
Good understanding of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
Ability to read English technical manuals and communicate at a basic level with foreign experts.
Willing to attend approximately 2 weeks of technical training in Canada and travel for business trips when required.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience maintaining equipment in entertainment centers, bowling centers, or arcade facilities.
Experience installing AV systems, LED displays, or interactive display systems.
Experience in industrial electrical or factory maintenance.
Knowledge of sensors, relays, PLCs, and control devices.
