JOB SUMMARY
Handle Insurances procedure for local employees, ensure
all related tasks is implemented strictly as per Company regulations and Vietnamese law.
Finish assignments from Superiors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Insurance schemes
Complete social/ health/ unemployment insurance and personal accident
insurance for employees every month upon case-by-case basis
Be responsible for Health care card: new registration/ extension/ distribution/
revoke
Be responsible for Social insurance book: new registration/ grafting/ updating
personal information/ storage and preservation/ closing
Be responsible for insurance allowance/compensation: unemployment/ sickness/
maternity/ accident/ occupational disease/ retirement... as per local law
Work directly with Insurance agencies on issues related to Insurances and inform
employee/employer promptly.
Provide employee/employer with consultancy service on Insurance regulations and
benefits.
Ensure Insurance schemes are implemented strictly as per Vietnamese law.
2. Others:
Other duties assigned by Superiors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
College or above specializing in HR management or relative management
2. Experience
5 years experiences in HR/ Finance, at least 3 years of experience in Insurance field in large manufacturing company with more than 2,000 employees.
3. Knowledge of:
Insurance policies and procedures
Insurance/ Labor law and local regulation
4. Skills and Abilities
Good computer skills
Good Communication skills
Good in written and spoken English
Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent.
Good patience and carefulness
Work well in a team-based environment.
Skilled in problem solving
Can work under high pressure
