Seeking a creative Interior Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting freelance opportunity for designers who thrive on bringing remodeling projects to life. You will collaborate with the investor on remodeling projects, specifically beach resorts. Transforming their vision into stunning, functional spaces in keeping with the local cultural colour.
This role is ideal for entrepreneurial designers who prefer flexible hours, high earning potential, and the chance to transition into a full-time salaried position as our partnership grows.
* Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and layouts in line with project direction, brand identity, and international standards.
- Prepare 2D drawings, create 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design ideas.
- Specify finishes and materials for remodeling projects.
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and technical teams to ensure design feasibility and integration.
- Review and manage design documentation, shop drawings, samples, and material approvals.
- Conduct site visits and author supervision to ensure construction complies with approved design.
- Research and apply the latest design trends, technologies, and materials to enhance project quality.
Yêu cầu
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or similar)
- University graduated in Interior Design or similar is essential.
- Proficiency in design software (CAD, 2020, SketchUp; Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
- Strong knowledge of residential remodeling processes and materials.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings in English.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
- Ability to balance creativity with functionality and budget.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail.
