Mô tả công việc
- Lead or assist in the development and validation of interior module components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize designs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage engineering documentation.
- Support manufacturing, prototype builds, and production launches.
Yêu cầu
- Deep knowledge about Interior Trim, HVAC, Thermal System. And/Or Expertise in FMVSS, NCAP, ECE regulation for Interior Module
- CAD experience (Catia V5), Team Center experience for Interior Design and Development
- Deep acknowledge about engineering document SPB, DFMEA, DVP, Design Change, Design Deviation
- Knowledge in production processes, plastic injection tooling, plastic vibration welding.
- Responsible for design and development from concept till SOP of Interior Commodity
- 3-5 years of experience required, being familiar with VinFast system/other OEMs is a plus
