COMPANY INTRODUCTION
- Lotte P&D Vietnam is a subsidiary of the Lotte Group, primarily involved in the asset management of Lotte World Tower and Lotte World Mall, iconic landmarks of South Korea, as well as in local real estate management business activities.
- With the goal of becoming a global real estate service company, we actualize the increase in asset value for investors and customer satisfaction by providing differentiated and premium property management services in the Vietnamese market.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Check and feedback the contractor's volume
- Make quantities, drawings, protect quantities with the Investor
- Make quotes, check arising items
- Support assigned projects
- Other tasks from leader
Yêu cầu
- Must have graduated with a major in MEP or HVAC (HVAC priority)
- Have at least 2 year of experience in supervising construction and interior projects
- Good at office computer skills
- Language : Good English
- Make report the Team's work report if request.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Dynamic, enthusiasm and good communication with colleagues
- Hardworking, healthy
- Ready to work far from home and work overtime as required by management and the job characteristics
