Interior Site Manager

◤ JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Check drawing and consult construction plan and method
-Make project schedule
-Deploy, coordinate and manage contractor's work
-Implement construction site organization (regulations, arranging construction safely and orderly)
-Coordinate and urge the construction contractor to ensure the project progress
-Check production progress and product quality at the factory
-Represent the company to work directly with customers to solve all problems arising on the construction site
-Resolve or assist in the resolution of difficulties within and between projects or functional areas.
-Carry out the project inspection and quality with customers and contractors
-Bulid, guide and train new technical team.
◤ JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree major in architecture or interior design
- At least 3 years' experience in similar position in interior design feild
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other specialized design softwares.
-Have good coordination skill working with contractors and workers at the site
- Be willing to go away on bussiness
- Foreign language: English or Japanese
- Studios and hard - working
- Be active, flexible and high responsibility

Work time: 08:30 am -12:00 am, 01:00 pm - 05:30 pm (From Monday to Saturday, 2 days off on Saturday and 01 day of annual leave/month).
Days off: 2 Saturdays and Sundays of the month, public holidays.
