Carry out
telesales activities to provide consultation to parents via phone and invite them, along with students, to attend enrollment seminars and events.
Collaborate with the Admissions team in organizing and participating in enrollment activities both on and off campus, including at shopping malls, recreational areas, schools, and nearby residential communities.
Support the Admissions staff in gathering information and advising parents on suitable learning environments and academic programs, both in person and over the phone.
Provide consultation on digital channels such as the fanpage and Zalo OA, in accordance with guidelines, including during working hours, after hours, and on both weekdays and weekends (based on assigned shifts).

Final year students or Fresh Graduate in University/ College with major in Business Administration/English or relevant.
Experience in student care at schools, especially international schools and language centers.
