La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc - MGallery is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Interns to join our culinary team.
This is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about cooking and want to gain hands-on experience in a professional luxury resort environment.
As a Kitchen Intern, you will work closely with our experienced culinary team, learn professional kitchen operations, and develop your culinary skills while experiencing the unique culture and hospitality of MGallery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the culinary team with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
Support the Chef and kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food and ingredients.
Assist with kitchen cleaning and maintaining an organized working area.
Learn and follow professional culinary techniques and hotel standards.
Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Management.

Students currently studying Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
Passionate about cooking and interested in developing a career in the hospitality industry.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork spirit.
Responsible, hardworking, and eager to gain practical experience.
Good personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential.
