La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc - M Gallery, a proud member of the Accor group, is inviting passionate, courteous, and guest-focused individuals to join us as Front Office Interns.
In this role, you will be part of the first impression team-welcoming guests with elegance, providing meaningful assistance during their stay, and ensuring their experience begins and ends with warmth and professionalism. This is your opportunity to learn from a world-class Front Office team in a luxury beachfront setting.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with genuine warmth and professionalism.
Assist in the check-in and check-out process under the guidance of the Front Office team.
Provide accurate information about the resort, room categories, services, and local attractions.
Respond to guest inquiries and handle basic requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Support in preparing guest arrivals, room keys, welcome amenities, and special requests.
Assist with handling phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting communication.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
Hospitality, Tourism, or Business major (or related field).
Polite, confident, and service-minded.
Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
Eager to learn and enthusiastic about working with international guests.
Well-groomed, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
Willing to work flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, weekend, or holiday).
Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
