La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc - M Gallery, a proud member of the Accor group, is looking for energetic, service-minded, and eager-to-learn individuals for the position of F&B Intern.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a luxury beachfront resort environment, supporting the Restaurant team in delivering high-quality dining experiences. You'll be part of the team that brings warmth, elegance, and attention to detail to every guest interaction.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Warmly welcome and escort guests to their tables in a professional manner.
Present menus, explain items, and assist guests with their orders.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and guest expectations.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Assist in preparing service tools and replenishing supplies (e.g., condiments, napkins).
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.
Collect guest feedback and promptly inform supervisors of any concerns.
Follow food hygiene, safety, and service procedures at all times.

Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant Management, or related fields.
Good communication skills with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Willingness to learn, hardworking, and attentive to detail.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
