International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading OEM toy manufactures company in Vietnam.
Job Summary:
Responsible for manufacturing toys and providing products for international toy brands such as Takara Tomy, Tokyo Unique, Hasbro, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and implement plan of the internal audit review not only for the offices in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam but also for factories in Vietnam and China to assure the validity of internal controls;
- Monitor business activities to ensure that either planned corrective actions are executed or risks are effectively identified;
- Report internal audit results and submit the enhanced recommendations and the plans for the next step;
- Coordinate with external consultants and auditors if necessary;
- Combine with the Group Finance division and local finance teams and report to Audit Committee.
Yêu cầu
-Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting/Finance;
-More than 10 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting and/or Finance;
-Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
-Have a good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin);
-Background from top tier accounting consulting firms and/or in-house internal auditing is preferred;
-Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
