Position Summary
We are looking for an Internal Business Central Support Specialist to join our Finance Transformation team. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Director, this role will be responsible for supporting internal users, ensuring consistency across entities, and proactively driving system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
User Support & Incident Management
• Provide first- and second-level support to internal users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues in a timely manner
• Manage and prioritize user requests through a ticketing system
• Ensure clear communication and follow-up with stakeholders
System Standardization
• Ensure harmonization of Business Central configurations across multiple companies/entities
• Define and promote best practices and standard processes
• Support governance of master data and system usage
Continuous Improvement
• Act as a key contributor to system optimization initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and reporting
• Propose and document enhancements aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with IT and external partners when required
Documentation & Training
• Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and knowledge base documentation
• Support onboarding and training of new users
• Promote adoption of standard processes and tools
Yêu cầu
Profile & Qualifications
Mandatory
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in user support or functional consulting
Preferred
• Good understanding of accounting and finance processes
• Knowledge of accounting and invoicing modules in Business Central would be a strong plus
• Experience in multi-entity/international environments
• Familiarity with process standardization and change management

Reporting Line
• Reports directly to the Finance Transformation Director
