Internal Communications & Employer Branding - 50%
- Develop communication plans and produce content across internal channels, including articles, newsletters, emails, visuals, videos, and other communication materials.
- Communicate Sonat's information, policies, culture, and values clearly and consistently.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement employer branding campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company's careers website.
- Turn stories about Sonat's people and working environment into engaging content for potential candidates.
- Track communication performance using data and propose improvements.
Employee Experience, Engagement & Internal Events - 50%
- Design and improve employee touchpoints such as onboarding, recognition, long-service gifts, and policy communications; gather feedback to enhance the employee experience.
- Develop ideas, create plans, and directly coordinate the Company Trip, Year End Party, company anniversary, and monthly engagement activities.
- Develop the concept, content, scripts, and experience journey for each program.
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and resources; collaborate with the Admin team on logistics.
- Assess feasibility, balance leadership objectives with employee experience and available resources, and proactively resolve unexpected issues.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements after each event.
