Event Planning & Execution (70%)
Plan to organize and implement annual events based on approved ideas and directions
Participate in organizing and operating key internal events of the year such as New Year Party, Year End Party, Sports Festival, Company Establishment Celebration, etc.
Manage the Company's sports club activities
Connect well with other stakeholders and employees in the company to ensure the smooth running of IC&EE department activities
Ensure compliance with procedures and processes related to the Company's event organization activities
Content (20%):
Produce essential event content such as MC script, event introductions, event activations,...
Content support for other internal communication activities of the IC&EE team.
Art (10%): Provide design ideas for team activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
A university degree in related majors such as Communication, Human Resources, or similar.
At least 1 years of experience in internal communication and team cohesion at large-scale companies, preferred in the retail industry.
Ability to write, communicate, and multi-channel cohesive communications.
Possess refined aesthetic sensibilities, capable of generating design concepts;
Proficiency in design software is an added advantage;
Good at communicating, inspiring and connecting with employees with positive energy.
Positive thinking, growth mindset, creativity, innovation, and self-initiation.
Passionate about continuous learning, dynamic, and result-oriented.
Ability to plan, multitask, manage time effectively, be thoughtful and pay attention to detail.
Fluent in English and proficient in using office software such as Power Point, Word, Excel,...
