Internal Communications Expert (Employer Branding, Employee Engagement)

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the company's internal communication/employer branding channels by setting and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for each channel.
• Develop and manage content across internal communication/employer branding channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with communication objectives.
• Develop and manage guidelines/standards for internal communication/employer branding to ensure uniform messaging across all channels.
• Develop and implement internal communication programs to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and improve employee experience.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to organize internal activities and events that strengthen corporate culture and enhance employee engagement.
